Why did I get a mailing that reads Reminder when I already sent in a financial gift to the Calendar Campaign?
Mailings are planned weeks in advance, again, to be as cost effective as possible. This allows us to buy mailing supplies in bulk at the lowest rates and to maximize our postal savings. Once the mail plan has started, it is more expensive to remove a letter from a mailing than it is to actually mail it. Thank you for understanding that at times a new fundraising appeal will cross in the mail with your recent gift.
How do I remove myself from receiving future Pioneer Calendars?
Please email the Pioneer Resource Center at info@telecompioneers.org or mail TelecomPioneers Headquarters at P.O. Box 13888, Denver CO 80201 and we will honor your request to be removed from future Calendar mailings.
